Singleton's Dairy
Queen's Award twice-winners Singleton's dairy were honoured with a visit from Her Majesty the Queen in June 2008. Normally the Queen's representative visits on Her Majesty's behalf.
Below: Her Majesty is greeted by Lord Shuttleworth, the Lord Lieutenant of Lancashire; Nigel Evans MP; Alan Riding Chairman; Mrs. Glenys Riding, Tilly Carefoot MD & Co-owner; Bill Riding, Singleton's QA Manager & Co-owner. Her Majesty unveiled a commemorative plaque and was taken on a tour of the works, seeing cheese production in progress.

Belle Group received their Queen’s Award in September 2008 from James Hawley, Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Staffordshire who enjoyed a tour of their company, chatting with staff throughout the organisation.

For our Queen's Award 2008 presentation event Bettys and Taylors organised a 'Community Marketplace' to bring to life their way of work.
